On Campus (Connected to Campus Network)
When you install the antivirus software while connected to the campus network, the university's activation server will automatically detect and read your device information to complete the activation.
Off Campus (External Network)
1. Visit deny.tsinghua.edu.cn and download the SSL VPN client.
2. Install and configure the SSL VPN client.
3. Once the VPN connection is established, download and install the antivirus software so the activation server can successfully read your device information.
Important Notes
1. Activation is not instantaneous; there may be a delay. We recommend checking your activation status the day after installation.
2. If your software remains inactive after following the steps above, please visit service.tsinghua.edu.cn, click “服务请求 (Request)” - “我要办理 (Submit a ticket)”, describe the issue you're experiencing, and submit the form.
